Our client is a leading international company for accurate localisation of texts in German-speaking countries. They offer translation service for worldwide company’s in the fields of software and hardware, medical engineering, finance, legal matters, technology, tourism and marketing.
They are currently looking for a English to German Translator.
Must be, Native German.
Your profile:
• Specialization in the fields of medicine, legal matters, technology or IT
• Several years of professional experience
• Relevant specialization field and language competencies
• Confidence in dealing with customers and employees, capacity for teamwork, willingness to communicate and stress-resistant
• Target-orientation and ability to work efficiently
• Experience using various customary computer programs (CAT tools) and file formats
Main Duties
• Translation, editing and proofreading in respective fields
• Quality Assurance
• Own projects with own responsibility for project management
• Mentoring of junior staff and trainees
