New Business Executive - Europe
The New Business Executive is responsible for targeting, developing and aggressively growing new accounts in the UK and Europe in defined market sectors and to agreed sales targets. Planning and executing specific account strategies to promote services and value and close new business.
Key Responsibilities
Energetically identify, plan for and actively develop new sales opportunities within the Global/Fortune 500 and corporations focussed on building international sales, in order to deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Work with the Sales and Marketing team in the implementation and execution of new business lead generation activities, and agree business development sales strategy with the S&M Director to ensure sales growth.
Grow revenues from existing business relationships, within key accounts and ensure their overall satisfaction with the service.
Ensure that the account relationships are as wide and deep as possible to secure a sustainable relationship and protect against competitive threat.
Promptly and effectively respond to potential client requests and manage large, formal tender response submissions where opportunities are identified, referred or delegated.
Effectively qualify opportunities, deliver sales presentations, handle objections and close sales in an ethical and persistent manner.
Take accurate and detailed project briefs, ensuring that all project delivery details are acquired from the client and communicated effectively with production and translator network management.
Manage the annual Account Review process with key, designated accounts and provide account forecast into the annual sales plan.
Maintain a good understanding of evolving CMS, GMS tools and web site design, localization and management and be able to articulate this.
Work with any alliance partners in pursuit of common business and maintain both client and partner confidentiality as required or directed. |
