Our client is an industry leader; a forward thinking international e-learning business that provides services to people in over 20 countries, candidates should be able to translate between English and their Native language by spoken and written form. Native Languages considered are French, German, Italian, Spanish, Croatian, Romanian, Greek, Dutch, Bulgarian, Israeli, Finnish, Polish, Slovakian, Slovenian, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese and Thai.
We are looking for a native German speaker with an excellent command of English. You must have a confident and clear telephone manner.
The business is aligned with the international online gambling industry, so knowledge of this industry or keen interest in Poker would be a distinct advantage.
Your role is to liaise with customers both by telephone and email providing customers with the highest level of customer care in relation to the betting and gaming operation. This role is to ensure that all problems and queries are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
Our client provides on-line support to its customers on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. Suitable candidates will have worked in a customer service position ideally in a call centre and or an office environment and must be dedicated in providing the highest levels of customer service. You must be a proactive individual with interpersonal skills and have an active interest in sports or casino related games, however full training will be given.
