Group Manager - Argentina
Our client is one of the world's leading providers of technical localization, globalization and testing services to the software/technology sectors. They currently have a vacancy for a Group Manager for their Argentina branch. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading PM groups on complex projects, be financially experienced in cost control and budget allocation, and have excellent interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external relationships.
Responsibility:
- overall successful service delivery to clients for the assigned production group, production planning, correctly managing resources assigned in relation to assigned clients to maximize margin contribution to Unit performance.
- participation in Unit's strategic planning and strategic reviews. Advising Unit Production Director on key planning concerns/matters and making recommendations on important business decisions.
- participation in creation of Unit annual budget: creating budget for respective work group. Managing and regularly monitoring KPIs: revenue, internal costs and external spends, margins etc. Taking appropriate action to achieve objectives.
- assigning projects to PMs, approving project budgets and checking allocation of project costs, approving / rejecting project expenditure requests.
