Our client is an leading language service provider for multilingual .They are a rapidly expanding company specializing in the It, Media and tourism, Medical, Games and Engineering with offices around the world.
Your responsibilities: You will translate very technical texts and as Senior Translator use your skills as a specialist coach to train the junior members of staff. You will apply your experience as a project leader in the language field when working together with our international client base.
Your profile: You are a French native speaker, have Degree in Translation (or perhaps Modern languages) and have worked as a translator in the localization sector for several years (3 – 4). You will be able to integrate quickly into a new environment, get along with people from different cultural backgrounds, and demonstrate drive and initiative in your work. An excellent knowledge of standard software applications such as MS Office is essential. You will also be interest in technologies, especially CAT tools and machine translation, fully proficient in the SDL Trados range of products and know how to use them actively in your day-to-day work. As an individual who takes a proactive approach to your work, you will have the necessary skills to deal with the needs of our demanding clientele.
